Painting frame rails ??

Not apples to apples but on my bronco I’m using Eastwood platinum as a base coat then coating it with Eastwood chassis paint. Also using their internal frame coating for the boxed sections.

I personally don’t like por15. Onechip in it and it’ll start flaking off.

Por15 also peels from clean metal. It's really more for rust. I did my underside in POR15 and prepped like hell for it, and several years later it just started peeling. Not flaking..peeling off in sheets. I've spent some time under there removing it all and using Eastwood chassis paint in it's place.

Depends on what your end goal is; full factory restoration or just a clean underside. I stripped my whole underside and I ended up using VHT chassis and roll bar epoxy paint. Yep, this is rattle can stuff but I’ve yet to find another coating that holds up as well under all conditions. The added bonus is the stuff is readily availability and should I ever need a quick touch up I don’t need to buy a quart of whatever, mix and spray. The Eastwood stuff is pretty good, but I like the VHT better, it’s got the perfect satin sheen.

I've had good luck with POR15 in the past.I. have the internal frame coating, going try it out inside the frame rails. It can be messy from what I heard and read.
