Besides generating less than optimal boost for a given blower pulley size, what are the other signs of belt slippage?

Thanks

The more obvious signs of belt slip are belt dust, audible noise, and to visually see the belt "grow" on the blower pulley during a run. On cenrif's you also may see a plateau of boost up top where it doesn't offer any kind of gains but should.

Hope that helps.

If you want to be 100% sure, you could always mark the belt and pully. If the two marks don't still line up after a quick drive, the belt is slipping.

Well since all pullies on the motor, including the blower pully are differant sizes, the belt will not touch the same spot twice in a row. It will eventually come back around and touch that same spot, but not for several turns. Does that make sence?

One way to tell for double sure is to have it dyno-tuned, the chart will show it definately. Be safe and have fun.
