[4 eyed mustang]

I am finishing up the mass air conversion on my 88, all wires done except the jumper from pin 19 of the ecu to the fuel pump relay. My car does not have a wire in the 19 location so what should I do about that? I did not relocate the pins for the air pump/these directions because I don't have any air pump, should they be moved anyway?
