Hi-
I recently purchased a 1965 Red Mustang Hardtop. It is in decent shape and has 51,000 miles on it even though the previous owner thinks it might have gone over once.
I am starting to take inventory on what I need to improve on the car. I did notice that there was no horse and corral on the grille. I found a place that sells used Mustang parts and picked up the horse and corral ornament.
I'm looking on advice on how to clean the grill as I removed that to clean with a brillo pad. Should I use thinner to further clean the grille?
Also, the horse and corral ornament is in decent shape and I have used quite e bit of elbow grease on to make it shine. ANy suggestions on what paint or spray paint to use on this if any?
Thanks!!
