Seems like it could be good for the guys trying to get to 600-650 hp, but dont want to buy a $1400 fuel system designed for 1000 hp. I wonder how far it could go with a BAP? It's about time somebody came out with something bigger than a 255 Walboro that drops in!

I wonder what the AMG guys over at Mercedes use. Seems like they still have fuel lines similar to mustangs. I believe they just have monster pumps in their tanks as well...

What is this statement based on? 500 hp isnt alot of power these days, and shouldnt cost alot to support, honestly. Plus plenty of cars have gone to 500 and beyond with simple fuel systems.

Test was done at 13.5 volts...

If your still using a FMU this pump should be perfect..

Where I do agree you should use larger lines, This pump will give a good safety margin
for a large majority of us boost guys.

what is based on... experience. i made 550rwhp/500rwtq with my novi2000 on a stock shortblock, this is like 6-7 years ago, and later leaned out hard and damaged the rings as i had a small kink in the factory lines, which were already marginal to begin with at that power level. the fact was that someone with more experience told me i should get a real fuel system at that power level and i didn't...

so i learned the hard way by buying a new and real fuel system and a new motor at the same time :salute:

Keeping the stock hanger assembly/tank/ no external pump would be awesome.

If my math is correct, (if and only if) , that pump is just 20 liters per hour short of a A1000 pump at the same voltage. So if my thinking is correct, with the supporting lines it should be able to support some pretty big numbers. Voltage, pressure, and volume all come into play.

these are a limited production pump until they go into full production from what aeromotive says when you call them. i ordered mine today from anderson ford. only select places will get them to sale if you want one you better get put on the list to have one reserved. just my .02

to get the pressure the OP wants, the pump would have to be dead headed ie NO flow.

What pressure are we talking about here?

I'm assuming we're talking about a blower car here, with the pressure being around 55psi at full boogie and 13.5 volts. According to Aero's data, it puts the pump around the 300lph mark
