I am deciding whether I should upgrade to a TFS Track Heat or Holley Systemax II intake to replace my Cobra. Which would you recommend and why? How much power increase can I count on?

My next steps (which may span the period of a year) I plan to
take after the intake swap are send my heads to TEA, install a ProBullet 306 kit, and an Incon TT kit.

Should I get it tuned and a chip burned after the swap?

I thought the Holley lower was a truck lower? Anyway, they are both great intakes. Most racers swear by the Holley, it is the best intake on the market. If you want to save a couple hundred dollars and get similar performance, go with the Trick Flow. Have you considered the Trick Flow R intake?

Does anyone have the stock flow rates for the track heat, R, and holley intakes?
