Discount Tire stripped one of my studs awhile back (they actually stripped 2 studs in 2 days) anyways i'm sick of their crap and i'd like to learn how to fix this myself (i've broken 2 myself :( ) SO, does anyone have a DETAILED write-up on how to change a stud on the rear of a 2001 cobra,

thanks

no write up I know of but if it on the front its simple....

Take the wheel off
(two ways to do this)
Agressive way
A) get a short handle sledge hammer and pound out the bad stud and then juust pull it out from the back
B) put the new stud in from the back
C) get some washers and a big big impact
D) put the lug on the new stud and make sure the stud is not off to the side put the nut on the lug and drive it in with the impact and your done
Not soo agressive way ( might need to washers cause the nut might not be long enoughf...
A) Get a big burly C-clamp and a big socket that is deep.
B) put the socket on the back of the bolt (the part that is going to back out)
and put the other side on the front of the stud so it pushes it out nice and slow.
Then the rest is the same....

Have fun... I have done over 8 studs on the front with the agressive way so it works like a charm....
