Ive had my car sitting for 8 months. Any ways just got the head back on and the car wont start. It seems to be an electrical problem. Any ways i got one of those cheap code readers and i was wondering, if the car hasnt run, will it still have a chance of putting out a code? I just got home and am wodering is it worth it? Thanks guys, ThunderRod

The KOEO test (Key On Engine Off) will tell you if your sensors are working correctly, you can also read the KAM codes (Keep Alive Memory) these are codes that the engine has throwen previously.

I'd start checking the obvious, spark, fuel...ect...track it down from there, check your compression, fuel pressure, TFI, coil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor...blah, blah, blah...
