Must sell by May 1st 97 Cobra Vert. red (reasonoble offers seriously considered)

I am getting desperate to sell by May 1st. I need to get close to 10,500 but reasonable offers will be considered. Isn't anybody interested?

The car is in great shape. Top is only about 1 year old. Has a catted X-pipe and flowmaster exhaust. Car is mechanically sound. Has just passed Pennsylvania inspection on or about March 10th, so is good for 1 year. Had new tires put on at around 83K has about 92,300 miles on it now. The car runs very stroung. I have personally never taken it to the track, couldn't attest for previous owner ( I got it from a local car dealer last August in Gettysburg). As soon as it warms up a bit I will get some better picts with the top up and of the interior. I am asking for "lowered price to $10,000.00" I need this much to pay things off, but cash in hand price can be negotiated. Average retail is around $13,700 (According to kelly blue book.). I am located in Southern PA, near the MD line. About 10 minutes from Gettysburg PA.
Car is very comfortable has all Cobra options including:

keyless entry (2 remotes)
saddle leather
sadlle top (one of 466 saddle leather w/saddle top produced in 97)
cd player
5 speed
power everything

Mods:
X-pipe with cats
Flowmaster exhaust
The air snorkle was removed from the air box (still have it)

Also comes with an Off road H-pipe that was on the car when I bought it.

The only reason I am selling is my wife and I are having another child and I will need to get somthing that I don't mind driving in bad weather, with the baby in it. Wasn't planning on any other kids when I bought it last year or I wouldn't have bought it.
