Good day all.

Well my girlfriend has a 2000 V6 Mustang and she isnt into fixing up her car BUT:

She is looking to do atleast a few things.

She wants it to handle better but doesnt want to lower it. I got her some decent tires and that made a nice improvment. Im sure I can find some stiffer springs that wont lower it much, or go with a stiffer OE shock like the GT or cobra ones?

I would really like to get the stock GT sway bars and throw those on there. Will those fit? Maybe have to drill here or there but will they pretty much bolt up?

Also looking into a short shifter, whats a decent low cost short shifter?

Thanks all for any help.

Put a rear sway bar on -- big difference. Don't worry about the front bar. The rear bar is a simple bolt-in, but you need to get four 3/8-16 x 1.75 inch bolts before you start.

Do the struts, shocks and springs from the Mach 1. They'll only lower the car about 1/2 inch.

She should be happy with that. If not, look at wheels & tires next.
