2003 GT I upgraded the front brakes and now can't get brake pedal pressure. I bought the LMR cobra brakes and stainless lines. I used a pneumatic pump and even tried manually. Don't see any leaks. Suspected that the break booster is too small\failing\too old. Any ideas?

Where did you start bleeding at?

Unless you capped the lines when you swapped calipers you most likely got air in the master cylinder.

You need to start off by first bleeding the master cylinder then move to the passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front and driver front.

If at any point you seem to keep pushing air out of the system you need to stop and check every connection you broke for leaks.

Did you ever figure out the caliper pin on the front brakes? Seemed like you were trying to install it in the incorrect location.

You might have killed the master cylinder bleeding the brakes.
Over time junk and debris will accumulate at the end of the
M/C stroke. Also, a wear ridge can also form at the end of
the piston travel.

When one bleeds the brakes, if one pushes to the floor, the seal on
the master can score and no pressure.

I understand the ABS will need to be cycled to bleed it.
I have heard of actuating the ABS on a gravel road then bleeding if
necessary. Also some scanners will actuate the ABS too.
