I don't have the 711s but I do have the 712s... 711s are "H" rated and the 712s are "Z" rated. The 711s don't have the "aggressive" looking tread pattern like the 712s but I am sure they are fine for daily driving (not that the 712s would be much better) If you were to purchase them, it would be a good purchase for the money.
The sidewalls are a bit flat but I still like the look of them.

I also have the 712's. Good price for a Z rated tire. They wont help ya cut a 1.6 60ft but I have yet to find a street tire thats even worth using at a track. Slicks/dr's are the only way to go at the track
Great grip in either dry or wet. Road noise is pretty bad after 17K miles even with rotating every 5K. I have had mine for almost 20K and plan to replace them in the spring. Al in all great for the price if you can get over the road noise.
