I keep getting the following codes and I've just replaced the O2 sensors and cleared the codes and it's still there:

CODE: 41 (KOER) - Right HEGO Lean
Engine: 5.0L
Year: 86-93
Description:
Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen sensor circuit indicates system lean (right HEGO)

CODE: 91 (KOER) - Left HEGO Lean
Engine: 5.0L
Year: 86-93
Description:
Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen sensor circuit indicates system lean (left HEGO

The problem with the car is if I get on the car hard it starts to have a slight miss to it at the top of 2nd gear and all the way through 3rd. Could a bad fuel pump be causing this? The car has good fuel pressure at idle, but I don't have a gauge in the car to watch.
thanks

I had a code 91 and also replaced the 02's and my mechanic found a bad ground and still had the code. My fuel pressure was good at idle to but I know the car was running lean,no power past 3 grand. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator a month ago and now the car runs good and the code was gone when I checked yesterday.
