Couple of questions:

1) Has anyone here ever replaced the "inner" tie rods? If so, how is it done? I pulled the boot off (which I have no idea where to get another one other then ford). Any suggestions?

2) Where can I get the front bushings and bolts that go through the rack/pinion?

Thanks,
Tim

hey...

..give me a call at home...or on my cell.. you do need a "special" tool to remove the inners...I can get you the bushings, bolts and sleeves. on mine I bought the "poly" ones from Engery suspensions and they worked fine.

I replaced the inner on mine. Yes you do need a special tool, but I do front end work at a Ford dealer so it was no big deal! Make sure you get it aligned afterwards!
