I have a set of C3 heads and I am having a hard time finding someone to make me a set of headers, do you know any one that can make a set, im in the Memphis/Mississippi area.
hummmmmmm this could be interesting... some of the stuff wouldnt work with my setup... and i prefer yates / cleveland style heads... but what that is could do me a lotta good with a few mods to my setup.. my current motor runs around that high 5 mark/6.0 or 5.7's with a light driver in jxn TN.. but it's still stock block.... dart would put me miles ahead in what i could do in the future... hummmmmmI have a complete motor available in Connecticut. Dart Block 427W, Super Victor Heads, Danny Bee, Chi Intake ... blah blah blah
706 H/P @ 7100/545 lbs ft @ 6300
Runs 9s or 5.75 @ 121 in the 1/8th ... in a Fairmont
1.2 60ft times 1.3 on bad track... man the weight is probably 50 to 100 lbs max... consider i weigh 320 i could put a skinny kid in there and make the most difference... but what fun in that.. hahaHow does the car 60 foot? Any sensible way to take weight out or move it around? I’m sure you’ve probably already tackled that though.

That is a monster 60 ft.I think you would do yourself a big favor working on getting that 60 foot down. There is a guy out here with a garage built but extremely well thought out super light weight early nova with a small block Chevy and a single kit which runs a 0.9xx 60 foot. You might need to drop a tenth or two.
man this stuff is like rocket science nowdays......... not much would surprise me from a team that gets out there and test and uses data ...... thats the key. my problem is budget doesnt allow me to test as much as other teams... but we do make improvement every time out based on the data we collect.I think they were trying to get the car to run a 28 inch tire for an event or some thing. Not sure if the 60 foot is on that tire or a previous larger tire. It’s almost impossible for me to believe. But I know those guys don’t let out much information. What they do let out his under exaggerated or flat out the truth.
...Tony's video on the stock block record is insane !...They say the Greymare is currently under 2,000 lbs. without driver and can cut a 1.1xx 60 ft So the Greyhound is likely absurdly light.
