Here's what I have:

331 - crower rods, probe pistons, c.a.t. crank
comp cams xe274
AFR 185s box stock
bbk shorty headers, hi flow cats, flowmasters
73mm maf
24 # injectors
Trick Flow R intake
70mm tbody

It runs smooth, and it is fast...but I want it to be insane!
Ok, I know the R intake is a little big for this combo...It really takes off @ 4000rpms and stuggles below 3200rpms. Thank god i have 3.73 gears

I think I am going to switch to the Holley intake, 30 lb injectors, long tube headers/o-r hpipe, and an AFM power pipe. Will the holley be ok w/AFR's? I know they need serious port matching, but I can do that at a later date.

What should I do to make this thing rip? Money is a concern!

30 or 38# injectors are a good idea, 24s are only good up to 300 hp. definitely long tubes and off road as well. 4.10s would probably be a better help in keeping the rpms up than the 3.73s. keep the intake though, it'll definitely scream.

oh also, i don't know about your cam, but maybe throwing in a B303 would be a double kick in the ass with it's powerband coming in at 4000 rpm. that'd definitely be cool, lol.
