I have steeda sport springs (1.5" drop), and am running 315/35/17 nitto dr's. You need at least 10.5" rim, but they will fit without too much rubbing. You may need to roll the fender lip a little, and flip the quad shocks, but they will fit with the right offset on the rims.
275's should fit no problem at all, and you can run them at all 4 corners so you can rotate them. I run 275/40/17's up front, and i get a little rubbing just before full lock, but not enough to bug me.
