Use a 'small' screw-driver (like the little ones Snap-On gives you) and stick it into the end on the lock. Now pry it out until you can grab it with a small pair of dikes. I use the the little electrial wire cutters. Roll it out. Simple, but a pain. IF you cut up the piston at the pin hole don't sweat it. Use a piece of 360 wet and dry sandpaper and just knock of the edge off the piston. Remember, those locks are now junk and can't be reused.
