I'll be driving my car down to San Antonio Texas to stay for a few months and I was wondering due to the extreme heat conditions, what I can change or do to keep the car from getting to hot. Maybe Antifreeze change, 180 degree thermostat, ect. I'm not sure so if anyone out there knows how to adapt to these hotter climates, please help me out. Thanks

You could get a better radiator... you could also try some water wetter and see if that helps.

get a canteen, a good tan, several new under shirts, a 180 degree thermostat, lower your fan setting, tint your windows, scout out the biggest oak tree to park under, drink A LOT of water, and take siesta at 1:00 pm.

And you think I'm kidding. I grew up SOUTH of San Antonio.
