E-brake does not hold car on even little hill. Needs adjustment. How do i do that on a 93 gt. I know theres some kind of bolt that you tighten but where the f is it.

well there is a bolt but 1st you might want to try to adjust your rear brakes.

If you have then you have to go under the car to find where both cables join. There is a nut and bolt there.

on pre 87 cars it was located on the e-brake handle.

No. There are no adjustable cables on the stock 87-93 mustangs.

What you have to do is pull the oval inspection plug on the drum backing plate and manually adjust the brakes up that way.

You can also adjust your rear brakes by repedly backing up and stopping hard. You don't have to go fast just back up, and stop the car hard. That's what the little plate thingy is on the bottom of the shoes, everytime you come to a complete stop in reverse it clicks the thing over and expands the brakes....if that doesn't work then do what was posted above and manuly adjust them.
