Do your regret putting long tubes on an AOD car or do you like it and which brand are you running???

I have been considering it for a long time. My car is leaking every fluid known to man but once I pull the motor and replace all the seals, I want to install a stall converter and shift kit...I doubt after all that... that I will ever pull the AOD out again... I wanted to get everything fixed on my car before I put on the longtubes because I know you can't pull out an AOD with long tubes in place.

I'm running MAC 1 5/8 long tubes.

The steering shaft intersect the drivers side header. But pulling the motor will still make it easier to install. I had to switch to a mini starter too. Ground clearance hasn't been an issue yet on anything.

Pulling the AOD with the headers in place shouln't be too hard. I think just loosening them and rotating them out of the way should do the trick
