Sorry if this is a dumb question, but this winter I will have to decide between these, and I'm not sure what the difference is (parts-wise, that is).

I want the car to be a dependable driver, so I don't want to go overboard. Keith Craft seems to have some good stuff for these 2 options.

The 306 is a stock 302, but the bore is increased from 4.000" to 4.030". The stroke is stock at 3". A 331 has the stroke increaed to 3.25".

Assuming the 331 has good quality parts, there's nothing wrong with it and it will help make more torque.
