Help with Tremec 3550

I decided to replace shift fork pads and blocking rings to the carbon fiber ones in my tremec 3550. All went well, was pretty cut and dry disassembly and assembly. Got transmission back in car and now 3rd and 5th seem to not fully engage. They will pop out of gear if you don't hold pressure. Trans had no issue before teardown. It has stock shifter and I don't think that stock shifter has the adjustable stops? Any help would be appreciated. I plan on messing with it this evening so any input would be great.
