I'm putting the new crank bolt in, and I need to know if I need to use loc-tite or anti-sieze compound on it. Let me know quick!

Jahan, The shop manual really doesn't specify either, however, I used loctite on mine. Anti-sieze compound can give you a false torque reading(grease in the threads) and then dry out leaving you with a loose bolt. Here is the tightening procedure from the Ford shop manual:

5. Note: Make sure key on crankshaft aligns with keyway of crankshaft pulley.

Install crankshaft pulley bolt and crankshaft pulley retaining washer. Tighten in four steps:

a. Tighten to 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).

b. Loosen one complete turn.

c. Tighten to 50 Nm (36 lb-ft).

d. Tighten an additional 90º.

You also want to use a little bit of sealant on the crankshaft keyway slot.
Hope this helps!
