Totally Stock '92-Orig.Owner: Just quit on the highway...Gas was low 1/8. Poured a gallon in...still will not fire (cranks fine) Fuel-pump prime is audible when ingnition is turned. Also, TFI aftermarket replacement stock part 4 months ago. When engine cooled down, still no fire. Can the fuel-pump fail and still make priming noise without moving any gas? Can the aftermarket TFI modual fail completely even after cooling off? Thanks, Ed

Check for spark (pull a plug wire and crank the motor)
Check for fuel (believe there is a schraeder valve on the fuel line, like a tire valve stem)
Check for air (air filter)

Then post with results
