I am thinking about putting tail pipes back on my car but I dont know if I should. The thing Im worried about is if they will slow me down over the turndowns that I run now. As anyone had any experience with this?
Well if we go by the rule that 100lbs is equal to .1 seconds in the 1/4 mile and that the tail pipes weigh 10 MAYBE 15 lbs, you stand to lose about .015 in the 1320. But then again you won't get gassed when you're stuck at a light or in traffic and shiny pipes look awful nice coming out the back of an LX
