I'm having some trouble here. I'm looking at headers right now (Bassani), and i have a few questions. I know longtube headers are for race applications, but how reduced is the ground clearance? and will I absolutley have to put in a high torque mini starter? I under stand the wirers on the oxygen sensors need to be extended, but would i be able to drive my daily driver mustang with longtubes? or will i have to get the Shorties. Thanks for your time.

Your longtubes will work fine for the street.
Ground clearance should not be an issue.
You will not need to put in a mini-starter. You may have to do some slight banging on the headers to keep it from touching the strater though.
You may not need to extend the wiring harness on the sensors. There should be enough wire if you just rereoute the stock wires.

This swap is as common as dirt. Don't sweat it. It'll work out fine for you. Kind of a pain to install but every third Mustang on the street has them so go for it!
