I use them, and I think they work great. From what I hear, it's a pain to install headers without them.

ARP makes them in several different varieties (chrome, black, 6 point head, 12 point...) Just go to summit and type in header stud. I'll warn you though, they're a bit pricy compared to a header bolt...

$40 ain't bad.... I almost **** myself when I saw the $100 stainless steel ones. I think I'll go with the blacks.

Are these the dimensions I'll need?

Yup, those are the ones. Definitely get the 12 point ones. I have the 6 point, and it's a real pain getting a wrench on the nuts.
