I believe that i am running rich, so I am gonna get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator....

Most folks get fuel pressure meters...but, isn't the most important thing the fuel mixture, itself?

are air-fuel meters very accurate?

only a wide band o2 is accurate $800+ those air fuel meters are junk for tuning. better to pay a dyno than spend $100+ on something that is junk. get a fuel pressure gauge with the regulator so you can adjust to propper psi. they make ones to mount on the stock schrader valve for around $50. get a billet regulator such as the kirban, the stamped metal ones are junk

that sounds like good advice...
so!, with the mods in my sig, stock heads, stock cam...what should i set my fuel pressure at, with vacuum off?

i'd go to the track and start @ 38. keep moving the pressure up on each run to find your best mph. that should tell you which setting your making more power at
