I have a 2004 mustang gt with cai, off road x pipe and catback exhaust. When i revved it today i noticed a little wet spot on the ground behind the car. I ran my finger in the exhaust pipe and smelled it and its fuel. Is this normal? If not what could be causing this?
Thanks,
Trevor
If it was that much raw fuel the car wouldn't run. I second what Rainy above posted, it's simply water from condensation. A lot of new cars/trucks have moisture coming out of the exhaust until the pipes get hot enough to turn it to steam.
