yeah my 306 only fires on 6 of the 8 cylinders. #'s 3 and 8 aren't firing. I've got spark at both of them and no fire when plug is in. It is carb'd and has the Duraspark box and a stocker coil . Any ideas-please:hammer: :idunno:

Cylinder #3 and #8 are on the two sides of #1 on the distributor cap. From one they are 1,3,7,2,6,5,4,8

Alright with that problem solved, on to the next! I give her heck and takes off like a bat outta you know where and when I let off it sounds like someone is shooting a shotgun out the exhaust pipe. What the heck? I know it could be a little valve floating, but i'm not so sure. It is one big bang and that's it, WTF:curses:
