Are you getting a C/E light with a code about the MAF being out of range or some **** like that? Sounds more like it's a bad ground with the MAF or something like that. There's no reason why you wouldn't be able to change just one injector since injectors aren't balanced from the factory, just flow tested to make sure they meet their flow criteria. Have you looked at your plugs? Are they all black and sooty and carboned? If they are then that's fuel but are they ALL like that or is it just one injector? I don't believe one injector could cause your problem and it really sounds like it's a Xfer function having to do with the EEC/MAF and your injectors. Good luck.
