This part came off last night, and I’m not sure what it is. It might be the evap hose but can it be anything else? I can move the part from the engine as well so I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the exhaust.

I think you are in the wrong section, but thats the metal pipe from the air pump that runs down to the h-pipe on a fox car to inject air into the car converters.

you can cut the rusted clamp off and use a piece of 3/4” heater hose and two hose clamps to connect it back up again.

Thank you for answering! So do I need that part for the car to run perfectly or can I just take it off?

You have cats converters on the car, so you will want to hook that back up.
