Electrical problem 98 GT

I was wondering if anybody has any idea what is going on here.

On my 98 GT, my radio, interior light, speedo, power locks, power mirrors, headlights, and basically everything else does not get power for some reason. But the fuse box says everything is fine.

The only things that work are my blinkers, brake lights, and the engine. It runs and drives perfectly fine.

Does anybody have any clue why this is?

It happens randomly, it doesn't happen when I'm driving, it happens only after I go somewhere and park and go to leave nothing works. Then I'll park it at home for a few days and it'll randomly work again.

Will these do the job?

the grounds are not numbered

but if all those you say cutout

i would check the power feed to the fuse box, and the buss bar under it

only happens after a restart? i dont follow what you are saying about when it happens

be specific.

It happens randomly. But not while I'm driving only after I park it somewhere. It has never went out while I've been driving.
And what do you mean by buss bar?
fuse box has a power feed, and looks like your breaker panel at your house

a bar carries the current to all the fuses.

you could have a lot of corrosion under there

Okay thanks.

And one more question, do you think bad circuit breakers in the fuse box under the dash causing it?
engine bay
remember i do not have wiring diagrams of your car, i am assuming you do to do this electrical work

Yes I'm trying to fix this myself.

So fuses # 4,5,8,13, and 16. Do not have power.
did you not say in first post fuse box is fine?

That's what I originally thought. Do you think the gem module could do this?
Wait a second

are you saying there is no power at the fuse box?
