I found a set front and rear of ECON cross drilled and sloted rototrs for $200. Are they any good?

Drilled/slotted brakes are more prone to cracking and dont function as well as your standard brakes, less surface area to dissipate the heat.

Your best bet is to go to tire rack, and get some replacement OEM brakes. They're Brembo, and they're cheap, like $68/piece. You spend a little more, sure, and they dont look as cool, but you dont have to worry about your rotors cracking next time you have to slam on your brakes because some ass-hat decides he wants to ignore a red light.

EDIT: If you do decide to do the tirerack.com thing, make sure you select 99 as the year, they're thicker than the 98 and earliers, but they cost the same.
