I'm sorry I don't have pics, but I just did my door panels this week. I dyed them black, they were originally gray and they were looking REALLY ugly. All i can say is the stuff is amazing, they look like brand new black door panels now.
I used VHT interior dye, I bought it from Mustangs Unlimited for around $8 a can. I also did the back panels on either side of the rear seat and the speaker covers. I'm working on doing the whole interior but I ran out of dye.
Here is a picture of my door panel. My girlfriend did ALL the work on them. I just sat there and waited for them to get finished
The interior of the car used to be all blue. We just took off the door panels, took them apart (no specialty tools), then bought $20 worth of vinyl and upholestry and had two new looking door panels. Now its black and gray.
