get a bolt about 2 inches long and 2 washers a socket and a nut.
put a washer on the bolt then the bushing insert it through the door hinge ,then put on a socket (to take up extra space) and the washer and nut. tighten up the nut and it will push the bushing into place. it made it a lot easier instead of trying to pound it in.

maybe your hinges had wallered out? mine didnt- maybe that was it.

a side was ground down on the bushing so my door sagged and i had to pull it up to close it.
