i recently placed an order and still have time to stop it for a 2g 200 amp alternator for my 93 mustang. with my system and suspension (ridetech) i will need it. please let me know if i will be ok with the 200 amp 2g or if i really should op for the 130 3g. thankyou for all help.

oh btw

it's not a competition system i just wanted to be sure i would not have any charging problems. i always hear about the 3g upgrade. but will a 2g be ok since it is 200 amps! i don't know the difference please let me know thanx. i still have time to change my order.

No way is a 2G going to put out 200A. If it ever does, it won't last long. 2G has external cooling fan, 3G has internal cooling fan.

pa performance said it was what they had... shoot. i will try to change my order tonight. thankyou for the reply again blown88gt very helpful.
