I have raced some outlaw classes in the past so not new to all aluminum engines, the last one was all aluminum 615 bbc made 1100 with conventionals, believe me i am aware of the $$

I'll come calling one day soon, I just gotta recover from some recent real estate investments first.

Need more pictures! What parts were used in the reciprocating assembly? Will this be N/A, or blown? Street, drag, or corner carver? Did you build the entire engine (heads, cam, cam drive, oiling system) if so, what parts were used? Are the mains pinned due to the greater expansion of aluminum, and a tendency to walk if not?

Are there special bearing, and piston tolerances when using the aluminum block compared to an iron block build?
