On my project 95 gt I'm building I found some damage when I pulled off a fender (of corse I wasnt told about it when I bought the car) it looks like someone tried to fix it half ass.. Anyway I knew the door was damaged and the hinges were bad so I got a door and some hinges and am having some trouble getting it on. I will upload some pics ASAP but I'm wondering if the damage will effect the car in any other way.. Thanks

here you can see where they tried to pull it out... looks like all the damage is up top also..

Benefits: your car is lighter than it would have been.

If you have any paperwork with the purchase which stated the car has never been damaged, then you might have the basis for a lawsuit.

As far as what to do, you could pay a body shop to measure and straighten the car, that's cheap insurance. You could also throw on some full length sfc's... "just to make sure".

Is the carfax clean? I'd also seal up any exposed metal.

Ok thanks I didn't pay much for the car and there was nothing on the carfax. Full subframes is a good idea
