We here at corral are a very community based mustang website. We have connections here that blow my mind. At any rate. It has come to my attention that we have the means to run a limited, maybe new line, of 1993 cobra rims that are 5-LUG!!!!!!

The requirements are the following:
1. We have to secure an order of 20 sets of rims, to make this first run. (I am not naming names as to who where etc., but it can and will be done. I have taken it upon myself, to poll the sales and to try to complete this group order.)
2. Please reply to this ad and in your post, number your self accordingly so that our member can see how many sets we have to go to get the ball rolling.
3. On a poll of 20 or more sets we will majority rule the dimensions to the winners.

Our limited run will resemble 93fiveoh's prototype rims.
THANKS FOR THE PICS 93FIVEOH!!

From what I gather so far,

Front: Yes

Rear: Will stick out too much, so you will have to switch to Fox-length five lug axles (Ranger/Aerostar/Bronco II, or aftermarket) and get a set of available relocator brackets to move the calipers in, then they will work all around. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

-Mike S.
So where would I buy this relocator bracket? What is the "fox-length" five lug length?

This forum has goofy anti-spam rules about newbies posting URLs to other sites, and it seems I haven't been here long enough to do that. I tried to link a pic from Photobucket of my car and it wouldn't let me do that either. It's annoying for those of us who are trying to help and not spam, but I can understand it.

Northcobras(dot)com has them, may also be called North race cars, do a search and you should be able to find them. If not, PM me with your email address and I'll send the link directly to you. The brackets are $150.

There was a guy on here selling a set on the classified section. I think they were a knock of the North Race Cars units.
jeffo, I'm sure the 70.8mm centerbore will be fine.

Whatever you guys use for your Bullitt, 03 Cobra, FR500 replica wheels is what we would need on the 93 Cobra 5-lug replicas. -Thanks
x2 with 26mm+ BS instead of the 24mm.

Here is the link he is talking about
North Race Cars
Also, SSBC makes the same bracket as part of their rear disc kit (that's what I have)...
I would like a set in stock silver color with offsets for 94/95 spindles and fox length axles. But my deposit and purchase would be with a c.c. let me know if that is a problem.

thanks, Kurt

So do we have any news? The list of at least 25 has been made, what is next?

Yes I agree! Can u make em like u have been doin for the other replicas u sell with a 9" front & 10.5" rear?

My car will have SN95 Cobra brakes all around with Fox length axles & North Race Cars relocation brackets.
10.5" rear? Man, that is on the ragged edge as far as how wide will fit in a stock fenderwell, not to mention if you're rearend is off center by even just a bit you'll rub on one side and stick out too far on the other side...

Plus, with such a limited production run, no way could these be done in two different sizes...
STREETFIGHTER50, I think you misunderstood me. In my post I was ONLY refering to the centerbore that we all will need on these wheels.

As far as width goes, 8.5" is the ONLY option. Really the only option we do have is the offset and the two sizes that have been thrown out are +26mm & +29.5mm.

Alex, how we gonna decide which offset to go with? FYI the +29.5mm will stick out .14" further than the +26mm.
0.14" is just over an 1/8" (or to be closer 9/64"). It doesn't matter to me as long as the rims look good on the car. I don't think that anyone will be able to really tell a 1/8" difference. I would prefer that the relation of tire to fender location looks like stock but I didnt' take any measurements to see what that really is with the 94/95 front spindles and 94/95 rear axles w/ Cobra rotors and what it was with the stock components and rims.

I vote for the +29.5mm. I plan on adding 1" to the backside to make the rears 9.5" so I'd like all the room I can get.
+1 for 29.5, i want to add 1" to the rears too. I need to pm our source the newer list.

Anyone else who wants a set ~$500 please post a thread on this forum.

Alexandros,

Why don't you start putting the preferred offset behind the people's names and then the offsets can be accounted for and we can see where the chips fall.
