The convertible top on my 89 gt vert is coming apart from around the back window. I looked at it today and it seems like you just epoxy it on or something but im not sure. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this? Thanks.

be very careful w/ that. mine did the same thing and the glass broke one day when i put the top down. new window installed was almost 400 bucks. once it seperates the glass can shift and i was told that there is only a couple mm's of clearance on all sides when you put down the top. i wouldn't put it down until you fix that somehow, and when you do, lower it by hand the first couple of times to make sure it is ok. when mine broke there was no warning, it just exploded and made one hell of a mess

Thanks, I havent put the top down yet since it ripped open. There is a clear epoxy at Home Depot I was told will bond it back together for a few more years so im gonna try that.
