I am kicking around the idea of lowering my compression a little and going with a supercharger. What I need help with is choosing a good blower and what are the downsides. I will be switching to a EFI Spyder intake at the same time.

Intercooled F1, F1R, D1R, F2, D2- use the 3.5" tubing with sheetmetal intercooler.

Nonintercooled Novi 2000 or Vortech YS

Most depends on what kind of power you would like to make. You should be well over 500hp now, so I am guessing you would like to come close to doubling it. For a true 1000hp you may need the F1R or better. You may can get there with the 2000 or YS.

Thanks,
I am looking for 700-750 RWHP for now, After I get the money I am going to upgrade to a Dart block with better internals and shoot for 1000. So you think the Novi 2000 is a good choice?

Nonintercooled it would be a good way to go. The F1R Renegade kit is nonintercooled also, but would be too much for the HP you want. F1 would work well though. 2000 should get you there without problem, YS is basically in the same arena also.
