the Ford I worked at, as well as my father, told me that anything above 155 is good. Normal is around 160. Anything above that, especially with high miles is good. I did one on my car, and the average was 164. My car has 94,000 on it. Oh..and when checking the cylinders...make sure that there is no more than a 10% variance between cylinders.
