Prior to blowing one of my FelPro 1011-2 head gaskets, i had compression of about 160 on all cylinders. The gasket blew on the #4 cylinder and coolant was getting into the cylinder giving off a ton of white smoke. I drove it for about 10 minutes like this as the temp was getting high, but not overheating. After replacing with the 8548, my compression is down to about 130 on all cylinders. Is this normal? Thanks

Yes, if it has more comp. height. Like say your old ones were.039, and the new ones are.042, then it will lower comp.
