You may want to put a mechanics stethoscope against the bell housing while someone pushes the clutch to verify if the noise is from that area.
Do the same with the brackets which the pedal mounts on. Verify the bracket mounting bolts are tight.
Do you have the bracket installed in the area of the fuse block which secures the clutch cable in to the frame rail? Is it loose?
Do you have a clutch cable length adjuster against the firewall and is it moving around?

Maybe its my tablet but that sounds like the cable is slapping a header tube and the mm cable is super long on a fox body since its a modified oem new edge cable and most don't anchor it to frame rail... I'd ask some else to push the clutch and feel around see you can feel the resonance from that ding.

If you have an aftermarket quadrant, sometimes they are not lined up with the cable properly and the cable can "roll" off the edge into the groove when engaged... just another possibility
