It's using a wideband. I can change timing and fuel pressure.

Car is basic Heads/Cam/Intake

Base timing is at 18 deg. right now, fuel pressure at 32psi

I am under the impression that i should just change F.P. back to 39 psi and leave it there as the ECU will adjust it anyways.

Do you guys think I will gain anything ? what steps do you guys do, baseline, then A/F ratio then timing ?

Take off your fan, bolt the pulley back on, get the upper intake nice and chilled with a bag of ice, remove air filter, then buy a short belt that runs the water pump and alternator only. You could do that? were talking some serious power here :}
