I have 28 x 11.5/15 ET Streets. I didn't look at the MT site, but I believe the ET Street actual diameter is 27", whereas the true slicks are a full 28" (I could be wrong on this one). Anyways, to get my 28" ETs to fit, the issue wasn't the upper part of the fender, but the sides. In the end I trimmed a significant amount of the rear ground effect and bashed on the metal section of the fender to get them to fit. But they work nicely now, and it's a drag car, not a freaking show car.
So if the slicks are indeed a full 28", I wouldn't buy them unless you're willing to trim and break out the BFH.
