i am bummed because i even put my stock heads, cam, and intake back on. the limit is 220 and 2 years ago (with non smog 351 heads and a cobra intake) i passed with 12 ppm. Now i have 900 PPM. Is my fuel pressure at idle too high? O2 sensors (they were replaced a year and a half ago, but there has been some blow-by). Cats? (my stock H-pipe is back on, but im not sure how well they work after 2 years in the garage).

Any help is appreciated.

Try taking it for a flat out blast down the highway to get those cats hotter than hell. My emissions routine goes like this, throw (if only it was that easy) on cats, and long belt. Take for long drive, matting gas pedal whenever possible, keeping revs up. Clean air filter, and just befor test i drop the fuel pressure to 32 PSI, and raise the RPMs to about 1000. I think the RPM limit around here for testing is 1025. Next time i'm going to try that ethanol blended gas.
