I just upgraded to the on3 performance single turbo. After replacing my stock struts with coilovers I think I need to replace my bushings. the ride seems harsh and even violent at times. I dread any travel that involves anything but a new smooth roadway because of the rough riding front and rear end. SO can someone tell me the difference between Hydro and non-hydro bushings, as well as, the benefits and disadvantages? I'm new to the replacement and or upgrades available today with suspension options so any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are your spring rates now?

What are we talking about, front, rear or both? Coil overs usually improve the ride, unless you went crazy on the spring rate.

"Spring rates" as it is plural means both. Since the ride went to hell right after you went coilover that seems like the logical place to start.
